Our Managed Healthcare division provides a comprehensive integrated primary and forensic healthcare service supporting the requirements of both public and private sector organisations. By establishing close working relationships with our clients we have been able to deliver bespoke, risk managed healthcare provision ensuring that their customers well being is effectively managed, utilising the combination of GP, Forensic Medical Examiners and nurse-led care.

Managed Healthcare operates through 2 dedicated divisions, each bringing their own experience and understanding of the market which enables Medacs Healthcare to create a tailored solution for each client that meets their individual needs:

Primary Care (the provision of Out of Hours healthcare and fully out-sourced healthcare management services)
Forensic (providing a managed clinical medical service specifically tailored to police authorities e.g. rota management)

Clinical governance is at the heart of the service that is offered. We ensure that each service offered is compliant with both professional and ethical standards, which are backed up by regular audits.

Our dedicated operations centre is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by highly trained and security vetted staff, utilising industry leading call handling software. Through their comprehensive understanding of clinical requirements our staff can prioritise their responses accordingly and deliver an average response time of under 60 mins for all clients.
